Amada Miyachi’s 80 Series Thin-Line weld heads for spot welding applications are precision, low inertia, force-fired heads with narrow vertical profiles which exert 0.25 – 40 lbs (1.1 – 178N) of force.  Both inline and parallel gap spot welding configurations are available. Ideal for both production line and benchtop applications, Thinline weld heads can operate at speeds greater than 3600 welds per hour!

The 80 Series weld heads are suited to a wide range of applications including spot welding batteries and welding battery tabs as well as medical device manufacturing and electronic component welding.

The 80 Series heads are compatible with most of Amada Miyachi’s resistance spot welders.
